Do you love sports like I do? My name is Hope and I am a huge sports enthusiast. You can find me at Jays, Raptors and Senators/Leafs games, cheering hard, wearing my gear and having fun!
Growing up, I was influenced by my dad, who was a stellar hockey player. He and had the chance to go pro, but chose to work hard in school, and get a career. I tried a lot of different sports growing up such as, softball, basketball, and swimming. This made my childhood pretty awesome and gave me the confidence to do anything I wanted to do. Family means the world to me. I love watching my brother play basketball for McMaster University — he’s pretty good!
While I love sports, my other passion is graphic and web design. I graduated from an Advanced Graphic & Web Design program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario. (Go Vikings!) Currently, I am working for myself and have a roster full of cool clients. Design and I are like two peas in a pod. Someday, I hope to for a magazine focusing on sports or fashion.
My life is pretty comedic. I love laughing, and joking around. I am usually the sarcastic one of the group, and find quirky and odd things absolutely hilarious. Life is good when you have a smile on your face.
Fun Fact #1: Currently I’m hitting 6’1, so you will never catch me in a pair of heels – not to mention, I can’t walk in them!
Fun Fact #2: My full legal name is Courtney Laws, but I prefer to go with my middle name, Hope.
