Like a lot of people who pay attention to the NBA in the off-season (no-one) … then you wouldn’t be surprised to hear about MJ coming back

Just kidding…

Most of those off-season NBA fans have no idea the NBA has a summer league. I’m not one of those people persay, but I asked a few people what they thought of the D-League Summer League, and they looked at me, as if I had two heads.

Yes, there is a summer league. No, the Miami Heat’s D-League isn’t in the championship. That’s about as much of the summer league, that I’ll be going into, because realistically… no one cares.

So, there have definitely been some big moves in the offseason this year. Some notable mentions, Andrea Bargnani has been officially traded to the New York Knicks, and the Raptors were given Steve Novak, Quentin Richardson, and Marcus Camby (who they ended up getting rid of). Brooklyn Nets acquired Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, Jason Terry, D.J White from the Celtics, and in return lost Keith Bogans, MarShon Brooks, Kris Humphries, but really that’s been in the news way too much lately.

Thought of the Day

What if Michael Jordan came back to the NBA? Would he still be able to dominate and win a championship? Whose team would he be on? Would he be kickin’ it with Kobe Bryant or hitting the hoops with Derrick Rose?
