LAWS ON THE COURT: Where’s the Love for Denver?

Everyone has heard of the fantastic winning streak, which Miami has been going on. It would be even more impressive if it weren’t the Miami Heat on the hot streak. Sure, they’ve won 25 straight games and it is a great accomplishment. However,  they have 3-5 of the best players on that team. One of them being Lebron James. Not to hate on him or anything but, if he’s on a hot streak the team will win. The Miami Heat, are a bunch of overpaid-overrated athletes. If they keep on this winning streak, they’ll finish first in the conference, and league. I bet they’ll run out of steam, power and lose in the first round of playoffs. The longest gaming-winning streak is held by the 1972 LA Lakers with a 33-game win streak.

I’ve heard way to much about Lebron James, Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh, and the Heat, when I could be hearing about Danilo Gallinari, Andre Iguodala, Ty Lawson and the Denver Nuggets.

Yes, that’s right another team in the league, who isn’t all about the fame, superstars, and are on a massive winning streak to. Where’s the love for Denver? They’re on a hot streak right now, winning 15 games in a row. Sure it’s not as hot as 25, but it’s still something. Denver isn’t an all star team, but at least they play more like a team. They don’t hand the ball over to one person, and then win the game. They pass it all over.

“Denver might not win an NBA title but they sure got teamwork. that’s what basketball/sports is all about. they’re the best team who can stand and contend in the playoffs without any SUPERstars. actually, they’re the only team (i think) that only plays true basketball…” – David Simon

The Denver Nuggets are a true family team. Give them love. Watch their games. They play real TEAM basketball, not throw the ball to Lebron basketball.
